Itineraries
Day 1
Rest at Negombo
On arrival, to be met by our English-speaking Guide. Transfer to your hotel in Negombo. [Optional: Negombo fish market, visit Palagathuray beach]
Overnight Stay at Negombo
Day 2
Transfer to Yala
Travel to Yala. En route, stop at Aluthgama (experience the turtle hatcheries) and Hambanthota (Ridiyagama Safari Park). Rest at the hotel in the evening.

Day 3
Safari at Yala National Park
Full-day jeep safari at Yala National Park (best known for leopards and elephants).

Day 4
Safari at Yala and Lunugamwehera
Half day jeep safari at Yala National Park. In the evening, do jeep safari at Lunugamwehera National Park.

Day 5
Travel to Udawalawe
Visit Elephant Transit Home at Udawalawe. In the evening, jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park.

Day 6
Safari at Udawalawa National Park
Full day jeep safari at Udawalawa National Park (This has the highest density of wild elephants in Sri Lanka). In the evening, travel to Mirissa.

Day 7
Whale watching at Mirissa
Early morning, sail to offshore of Mirissa for whale watching (to see Blue Whales and Sperm Whales). In the evening resting at the hotel.

Full day rest and enjoy at the hotel.

Travel to Colombo
Travel to Colombo and visit Diyasaru Wetland Park (birding and wetland wildlife). In the evening, shopping at Colombo.
